Ice Bath

In this ice bath experience, we will use movement, music and breath to open our perspective of how we deal with stressful situations, opening the space for us to become observers of our typical ways of thinking and living. We begin by preparing our body with subtle movements to give our brain something to focus on, leaving little opportunity for the monkey mind to begin.  We continue with some breathing exercises accompanied by music and live sounds, which will help us recognize and witness the effects on our mind and body.  Now, we are ready to immerse ourselves in the cold waters, which have been prepared with special plants and essences to make this experience something unique.
