April 26th – 8:00 hrs at the Beach

Primal Movement is a dynamic fitness practice inspired by the natural motions of the animal kingdom. This class blends elements of yoga, calisthenics, and dance to develop strength, flexibility, and body awareness through engaging bodyweight exercises.

You’ll transition through animal-inspired flows—like the control of a bear crawl or the agility of a big cat—to enhance balance, core strength, and mobility.

BREATHWORK & ICE BATH EXPERIENCE

April 26th – 15:00 hrs at the Gratitude Tent

This session integrates breathwork, cold exposure, and mindset training to support mental and physical resilience. Guided breathing techniques prepare the body, followed by a structured introduction to cold therapy.

Regular cold exposure has been linked to benefits such as enhanced immune function, improved circulation, better sleep, and reduced muscle soreness. It may also help regulate hormone levels, support mental health, and balance autoimmune responses. Cold therapy can contribute to metabolic efficiency and overall well-being.

*This session is open to all but requires basic health. It is not recommended during pregnancy or for those with epilepsy, pacemakers, cardiovascular issues, or serious medical conditions—consult a doctor first.

INVERSION THERAPY

April 27th – 13:00 hrs at the Gratitude Tent

This therapeutic flying class focuses on training in harmony with gravity, incorporating breathwork and mobility exercises to release tension and prepare the body for inversion.
